By participating in this freelance gig task, you agree to the following terms. Note that you are an independent contractor, not an employee of The Working Student, and this is a one-off gig opportunity.

All photographs of business shop fronts are for use on our directory website to promote local businesses. Photos must only be taken for this purpose.

Photos must be taken from public areas (e.g., pavements) where there is no expectation of privacy. Do not enter private property or restricted areas under any circumstances.

Privacy

Avoid capturing images of individuals, including staff or customers, without their explicit consent. Ensure no personal or sensitive information (e.g., customer details, private signage) is included in the photos.

Safety

Exercise caution to avoid slips, trips, falls, or other accidents while navigating town centres. Remain vigilant to minimize risks, such as theft or muggings. Do not use equipment or engage in behavior that could cause damage to public or private property, such as obstructing pathways or knocking over displays.

Submit all photos exclusively to the provided Google Drive folder. Do not upload, share, or post photos anywhere else (e.g., social media, personal accounts, or other platforms) without explicit permission from The Working Student.
