📸 The Working Student — Photography Gig Brief
Read this carefully before starting your task.
📍 Overview
You've been selected for a one-off freelance photo task with The Working Student. Your job is to capture all shopfronts listed in your Google Maps file for your assigned town. These images will be used on our directory websites to promote local businesses.
Goal: get every location on the list. If a business no longer exists or you can't find it, that's okay — do your best to complete the full list.
📸 Your Task
- Follow the Google Maps list provided.
- Take clear, landscape photos with the business name/signage visible.
- Avoid duplicates, blurs, and reflections of faces.
- Stay on public pavements; do not enter private property.
📨 Submission
- Upload all photos to your assigned Google Drive folder (link provided in your job email).
- Ensure one photo per location on the list.
- When finished, reply "Done" to your assignment email/DM.
- We verify within 24 hours.
💰 Payment
- £40 per completed town list.
- Bank Transfer / PayPal / Revolut (as chosen on signup).
- Paid within 24 hours of approval.
